Floridays Resort Purchase

We were looking for an income-producing resort property (a true oxymoron)in the Orlando area. We felt that we might find something interesting given the depressed state of Florida real estate. We talked to several potential buyer's agents and decided to work with Paul. Paul had a wealth of knowledge about the specific properties that we were looking at and was very responsive to our requests.

I spent many hours researching the area and conducting internet searches to narrow down the field. It took Paul about 5 minutes to steer me in the right direction. When we arrived in Orlando for a family vacation, I spent about 1/2 a day along with many follow up calls and found just what we wanted. Paul did a great job shepherding us through the purchase and closing process and I would certainly be willing to use him again if the occasion arose.
